The successful candidate will be technically qualified to provide onsite technical, maintenance and supply support to Apache D/E-Model M-TADS/PNVS systems located at Al Dhafra Airbase supporting the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Apache Helicopters, to include troubleshooting, operational checks, and supply actions on the M-TADS/PNVS, concurrent with training maintenance personnel who perform the same functions. Candidate will use computer aided test equipment, as well as standard electronic test devices such as a digital volt meter. He/she will troubleshoot technical problems and issues to determine technical solutions. He/she will also conduct technical training to include OJT per contract SOW/PWS and be able to perform product briefings with customer personnel along with senior Lockheed Martin management supporting the UAE contract. Acts as the local on-site representative of Lockheed Martin to the customer.
The selected candidate will agree to a 2 year assignment supporting the modernized M-TADS/PNVS systems for the UAE contract.
This position is an international position; therefore, the candidate must be capable of passing a physical examination. Candidate must have a Secret Clearance and obtain a passport within the first 60 days of employment.
M-TADS/PNVS CFSR experience
Ability to lift 35 pounds
Prior military service with a background in military avionics and night vision systems is desired, with actual flight line experience preferred
Candidate must have the ability to use computer aided test equipment, as well as standard electronic test devices such as DVM and oscilloscope
Candidate must be able to complete common supply inventory and processing actions
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
Good computer skills, Microsoft office products
Candidate must be able to pass an international physical exam
Ability to obtain security clearance and passport within the first 60 days of employment
Technical degree or equivalent experience
Prior military experience with actual flight line experience preferred
Experience with the army supply system
Inventory Management and/or CSSA experience
