Job DescriptionKelly Services has an excellent opportunity for a Business Development Representative within our Knoxville branch.As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing business with prospective strategic customers and penetration and retention of existing customers. Core Responsibilities Territory managementLead identification and qualificationCold calling & setting appointmentsCreating and developing proposals and pricing models & making presentationsDocumenting customer agreements (e.g., contract, service agreement)Closing sales through effective negotiation, documenting sales activities and may conduct business reviewsAfter the account has been sold, the Business Development Representative is responsible for partnering with the branch staff to ensure effective service delivery. Compensation-competitive base plus commission
Bachelor-s Degree Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based graphical user interfacesPrior outside or business-to-business sales Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent ability to influence and persuade Ability to build strong relationships with existing and potential customers
