We value and promote diversity and inclusion in every aspect of our business and at every level of our organization.The Consumer Lending team includes Home Lending, Personal Lending, and Dealer Services, including the professional services teams that partner with these businesses and other key partners.Join the #1 Overall Auto lender (Source: Autocount)Our Dealer Services team offers integrated financial services solutions designed primarily for the auto dealer community, providing financing and related services to both dealers and consumers nationwide.As a Research Remediation Manager working in Wells Fargo Dealer Services, you will be responsible for leading a team that files all GAP claims on behalf of our customers.This is a fast-paced environment where quality is of utmost importance.Responsibilities include: Oversee the workflow and quality of team members Work with management to identify problems and improve customer experience Collaborate with business partners, compliance and legal to resolve complaints Communicate company policy and departmental procedures Make employment decisions, set performance standards and development plans Oversee department service levels and complaint reporting Identify process improvement ideas to improve the business / process Work independently with considerable latitude Take phone escalation complaints Oversee adherence guidelines for phone metrics
Position will be located in our Winterville, NC Office.Hours: Split between 8 AM - 5 PM and 11 AM - 8 PM shifts Required Qualifications
2 years of experience in one or a combination of the following financial services or credit card industry environments: customer service, client relationship management, investor facing, disputes, claims resolution, or fraud resolution
1 year of leadership experience

Leadership experience with ability to effectively manage and engage teams
Ability to perform advanced research and complex evaluations
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Ability to provide strong customer service while balancing the needs of clients, shareholders, and team members
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience leading, training, and providing feedback to staff and corresponding managers
Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
Knowledge and understanding of FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) or FACTA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act)
Knowledge and understanding of Dealer Services policies and procedures
Knowledge and understanding of consumer credit disputes
Consumer Data Industry Association s (CDIA) Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Certification
A BS/BA degree or higher
