We’re are looking for Counterterrorism Analysts who will provide support to our client(s) in the development of detailed subject reports on subjects of interest comprised of biographic identifiers and open source information.

As a Counterterrorism Analyst II you will make it your mission to support and protect the nation from potential threats by gathering, researching, and synthesizing information from designated databases or other government sources, and/or open sources websites; provide storytelling capabilities in the form of writing, editing and graphic design support for branding; work collaboratively with the client and other vendors to coordinate the production of policy documents, regulations, and other working documents on complex mission issues; have a sense of urgency, be deadline driven, be organized and able to prioritize tasks you are executing and a self-starter that’s capable of juggling multiple projects at once and execute them to completion while ensuring that the company abides by the terms of the Security Agreement(s) it has, with one or more US government customers, to safeguard classified information entrusted to it at its facility.

Drive efficiencies – You will identify opportunities within the Counterterrorism unit to drive efficiency gains and will be tasked with identifying the right processes to do so
Optimize the Customer Experience – You will be tasked with working cross functionally with Government Agencies and MVM Management, you will identify what makes our customers happy and build strategies to ensure a consistent experience.
Leadership – You will oversee and perform day-to-day management, supervision and execution of overall contract support operations to include research, organization, and proper presentation of the collected data
Identify Appropriate KPIs and/or Metrics – You will establish the necessary general & advanced Key Performance Indicators to support and leverage a variety of investigative techniques to identify, investigate and disrupt national security threats against the United States.
A Bachelor's degree with ten (10) years of experience OR a Master’s Degree Five (5) years of experience in the following:
Gathering, analyzing, and composing technical information
Conducting research and ensuring the use of proper terminology
Translating technical information to clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel
Independently, developing, writing, and editing functional descriptions, specifications, special reports or any other customer deliverables and documents
Must be available via both email and telephone between the hours of 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM to respond to requests for discussion or resolution of problems within 1 hour of notification
If you have a bachelor's degree, you must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in day-to-day management, supervision and execution of contract support operations
Experience in extracting information from databases such as: CIS, PCQS, ICM, ATS-P, ATS-L, CLAIMS, CCDI, US-VISIT, ADIS, TECS, SEVIS, EARM, CLEAR, AFI, FALCON (PALANTIR), EDMIS, HSIN, etc.
