\u00b7 Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support of internal and\/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system\/application access, and telecommunications systems.
\u00b7 Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records. May route calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists. Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
\u00b7 Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.
\u00b7 AA or equivalent three (3) years related work experience working with Windows 2003 server and Exchange 2003 systems administration
\u00b7 Two (2) years\u2019 experience in a military environment.
\u00b7 MCSE or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA).
