You will serve as the Client Account Manager for an assigned book of Institutional Clients including Insurance, Banks and Government Sponsored Entities and have ultimate ownership for your client\u2019s satisfaction. As the Client Account Manager you are responsible for pulling together the team and resources required to successfully service your assigned book of business. \u00a0
Additional responsibilities will include: \u2022 Leading in person/phone meetings with your client base to build relationships, establish an on-going\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0
\u00a0 governance structure, update clients on product and system enhancements, and monitor the clients on-
\u00a0 going satisfaction soliciting direct feedback.
\u2022 Introducing Senior Management to your client base.
\u2022 Maintaining client profiles, and service level documents for your assigned book of business.
\u2022 Completing periodic relationship reviews for your relationships.
\u2022 Monitoring billing for accuracy on an annual basis. \u00a0
\u2022 Coordinate client training. \u00a0
\u2022 Participate in new business presentations with sales.
\u2022 Coordinating service delivery from a virtual team inclusive of support staff from a variety of functional\u00a0
\u00a0\u00a0 groups such as accounting, performance, compliance, and securities lending.
\u2022Working with Line of Businesses partners, Market Staff and Legal staff to ensure the prompt resolution
\u00a0 of client issues through appropriate channels and escalating as required.
\u2022 Participating in national project teams representing Client Service. \u2022 Performing other special duties or assignments as requested or required.
\u2022 Assuring compliance with all Chase audit Policies and Procedures.
Typically a minimum of ten years or the equivalent customer service, operations, sales or management \u00a0 experience preferably experience with custody, accounting, securities \u00a0 lending, performance measurement, compliance monitoring and global tax . \u00a0\u00a0\u2022 Knowledge of financial exposure and operational risks associated with bank product and services.\u2022 Effective problem solving, oral and written communication skills. \u2022 Ability to exercise sound judgment and make effective decisions. \u2022 Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. \u00a0\u00a0
