Description:The Defense Intelligence Group of Leidos has an opening for an Infrastructure \/ Cloud \/ DevOps Sr. Program Manager at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for managing enterprise-level programs and\/or multiple projects within the Common Computing Environment Solutions and Services portfolio. This individual will work closely with various project owners to define the project team and assign responsibilities. The Senior Program Manager will also be responsible for developing a consolidated view of the program and for program deliverables including calendars, cross-project dependencies, risk analysis, stakeholder coordination and regular communication of status. Primary responsibilities include guiding process development at a team level, managing high-risk, and high-impact projects across a multi-disciplinary, multi-function group of technologists and business professionals. This requires experience communicating across audiences, effectively defining and utilizing escalation paths, and updating executive stakeholders. The Senior Program Manager works in a dynamic, collaborative environment and reports to the Senior Portfolio Manager. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Program Management and Delivery \u2022Accountable for the full life-cycle delivery of highly complex programs to defined Performance Work Statements, defined budgets, and schedule requirements. \u2022Display a high degree of competency in managing multiple complex projects and programs. \u2022Align and lead project teams to achieve defined business and mission requirements. \u2022Provide effective senior-level customer communication and management skills. \u2022Provide effective ability to manage mixed teams of company, 3rd party vendors, and sub-contractors and their personnel. \u2022Understand and execute a wide variety project management approaches, including standard SDLC and PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile \/ Scrum, Kanban, etc.). \u2022Deliver timely, effective, easily understandable, concise program deliverables including program roadmaps, governance plans and presentations, project calendars, cross-project dependencies, risks analyses and mitigation, key performance indicator (KPI), stakeholder coordination and status communication via multiple mediums. \u2022Provide effective programmatic change management control. \u2022Lead teams of agile teams using tools such as JIRA, Workfront, etc. \u2022Define, manage, and maintain enterprise-level integrated master schedules. \u2022Enable effective and efficient continuous build, integration, test, and required deliveries. \u2022Assist in triage of other projects\/programs and makes recommendations to senior-level leadership. \u2022Lead with practicality and wisdom in the midst of competing priorities and diverse personalities. \u2022Operate as a highly independent and dynamic program leader. Highly adept at influencing without direct authority. \u2022Effectively uses range of communication tools (various social media tools, Slack, Yammer, Backlot, Office 365, Confluence, IM, phone, email, VTC, and more) \u2022Ensures project document deliveries and underlying repositories are maintained to defined requirements and standards. \u2022Cloud service catalog definition, management, and delivery. \u2022Cloud architecture, elastic services, containerization, and microservices. Communication \u2022Utilize highly developed communication skills to achieve stated business requirements. \u2022Effectively executes on the basics of program management communication. \u2022Effectually communicates program objectives, status, risks and alternatives with senior stakeholders, leadership and executives. \u2022Ensures regular, effective communication happens with team members and cross-functional resources. Leadership \/ Guidance in Program Management Discipline \u2022Proven successful large cloud program leadership skills \u2022Proven successful skills as subject matter expert in the program management discipline. \u2022Serves as a subject-matter expert and \u201cgo to\u201d person for guidance.Qualifications:BASIC QUALIFICATIONS \u2022Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of applicable experience in a technology environment, preferably for a large company. \u2022Demonstrated mastery and successful delivery of large-scale cloud migration and or cloud service delivery programs and projects. \u2022Demonstrated understanding of cost efficient cloud architecture solutions and service delivery options. \u2022Cloud service delivery total cost of ownership estimation and calculation. \u2022Demonstrated NIST 800-37 Risk Management Framework experience. \u2022Experience delivery of cloud solutions for DoD customers with successful ATO. \u2022Significant demonstrated understanding of modern software development and infrastructure tools, processes and practices, including Agile Development, Cloud, and DevOps. \u2022Familiarity with security requirements for DoD SRG Impact Levels 2-6. \u2022Proficiency with a wide range of technology tools, including communications software (social media, email, VTC), standard Office tools, and project management tools. \u2022Currently possess PMP \/ PMBOK certification. \u2022Currently possess a DoD Secret security clearance or higher. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: \u2022Advanced degree in business, cloud solution architecture, or computer science. \u2022Prior military experience. \u2022AWS Certified Cloud Solution Architect \u2013 Associate \/ Professional. \u2022Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE). \u2022Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Certification. \u2022DoD Acquisition Management experience. \u2022Earned-value Management experience.
